At Rejuvnated by Kirov, we value your time and strive to provide every client with dedicated care and attention. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of any deposit paid.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a missed appointment (no-show). In such cases, deposits may be non-refundable and a new deposit may be required for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Deposits

Certain treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled with sufficient notice.
